Our NYC locations feature a partner-led cafe (Matchaful), a wellness shop, and treatments like IV Nutrient Therapy, Infrared Saunas, Cryotherapy, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Our Las Vegas venues at Wynn and Fontainebleau focus on IV Therapy and wellness products. As we look to open our next fleet of locations in the Miami area we are excited to bring our thoughtful and client-service-based approach to wellness to those looking to feel and function better!

Who We’re Looking For:

People are at the core of what we do and we are looking for diverse, passionate, and intentional individuals as we continue to rapidly build our company. We are seeking a Service Coordinator whose principal goal is to support the total store operations in driving a profitable and customer-centric environment while supporting product and appointment flow, client relationships, and total business operations. As a key member in driving sales and profitability, you report directly to your Store/Location Manager and collaborate with the total store team, with the possibility to work with multiple locations as they develop. .

Key Responsibilities:

SALES + PROFITABILITY

  • Supports the total store team in achieving sales goals.

  • Supports leadership in action plans to impact sales, maintain account relationships, build collaborative + productive partnerships, and communicate feedback, solution-based ideas, priority product, and allocation needs.

OPERATIONS

  • Maintains a clean and safe working environment according to regulations, and by upholding company policies and procedures at all times.

  • Executes daily schedule, opening + closing procedures, and assigning shift tasks as directed.

  • Schedules appointments, processes payments, and also records and processes customer purchases.

  • Supports total store in deliveries, shipment, stock to sales including receiving and preparing products, and in inventory management. Also supports troubleshooting equipment and assessing tech errors.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Provides exceptional customer service in all aspects of the client experience, from giving a warm welcome to building rapport by recommending products and services that best suit their needs, and so encouraging a return to the store.

  • Shares with leadership business unit insight related to the customer experience, and valuable feedback from the store and customers for the improvement and success of the store.
