About the Role

As a Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring product availability, managing bin inventory, and delivering product to customer locations. This position is key to supporting our customers’ production processes while representing Endries International's vision, mission, and values in every interaction.

What You’ll Do

• Service and deliver products to maintain customer inventory levels
• Scan and download product data daily to ensure accurate tracking
• Update schematics to keep bin management systems current and accurate
• Write and process credits promptly and correctly
• Communicate and resolve customer issues quickly to ensure satisfaction
• Keep internal team members informed on all customer-related matters
• Complete CMSP notes within the same business week
• Assist with setup and maintenance of bin management systems as needed

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer and scanning device proficiency
• A valid driver’s license (required for product delivery)
