Overview

As a Server/Dining Attendant with PeopleScout, you will support a welcoming, clean, and efficient dining environment. You will assist guests with meal service, deliver excellent customer service, maintain dining areas, and ensure a positive experience for all guests, residents, or customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are friendly, attentive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating if required

• Take and deliver food or beverage orders (depending on assignment)

• Clear tables, wipe surfaces, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas

• Restock utensils, napkins, beverages, and service stations

• Assist with food preparation or meal setup as directed

• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed

• Handle customer inquiries courteously and professionally

• Report any issues, safety hazards, or equipment concerns to supervisors

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, dining, or hospitality (Must-Have)

• Ability to stand and move for the duration of a shift (Must-Have)

• Strong customer service and communication skills (Must-Have)

• Knowledge of basic food handling and sanitation practices (Nice-to-Have)

• Ability to carry trays, dishes, and supplies safely (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience in restaurants, hotels, hospitals, or assisted-living facilities (Nice-to-Have)
