Description

As a Server at SPB Hospitality, you will be the welcoming face of our dining experience. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction from the moment they sit down until they leave. A typical day may include taking orders, delivering food and drinks, answering questions about the menu, and engaging with customers to create a warm and enjoyable atmosphere. Flexibility and a team-oriented approach are key as you collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol as per state law.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• A team player mindset with a genuine passion for serving people.
• Willingness to complete alcohol certification and ServeSafe (if not already completed, this is a requirement).
• Some prior restaurant or service experience is preferred, but not required.

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
