About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our expanding client base on an hourly basis. This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you’ll manage sourcing, coordination, screening, candidate management, and hiring manager management across technical and some business functions. You’ll work with fast-scaling startup companies, currently seed stage through series D, to grow their AI, hardware, and software engineering teams using the latest tools to identify, engage and hire top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build hiring strategies.

  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and other top sourcing tools.

  • Manage candidate pipelines using ATS platforms like Ashby or Greenhouse.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.

  • Track and analyze hiring metrics to optimize recruiting strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth tech environments.

  • Proven track record of successfully hiring engineers, data scientists, and business professionals.

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem, and other sourcing tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple searches in fast-paced startup and tech environments.

  • Understanding and use of the best available AI automation tools for recruiting.

  • Experience working as an independent contractor (1099) is a plus.
