About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our expanding client base on an hourly basis. This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you’ll manage sourcing, coordination, screening, candidate management, and hiring manager management across technical and some business functions. You’ll work with fast-scaling startup companies, currently seed stage through series D, to grow their AI, hardware, and software engineering teams using the latest tools to identify, engage and hire top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build hiring strategies.
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and other top sourcing tools.
Manage candidate pipelines using ATS platforms like Ashby or Greenhouse.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Track and analyze hiring metrics to optimize recruiting strategies.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth tech environments.
Proven track record of successfully hiring engineers, data scientists, and business professionals.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem, and other sourcing tools.
Ability to manage multiple searches in fast-paced startup and tech environments.
Understanding and use of the best available AI automation tools for recruiting.
Experience working as an independent contractor (1099) is a plus.
