Senior Salesforce Developer

Our New York based client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their team working on a number of exciting projects. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you'll play a key role in driving architecture, automation, DevOps, and integration initiatives to enhance our operations.

This position is based at the client's New York City office.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Visualforce and Lightning components.

• Implement and refine Apex Triggers, Queueable Apex, Future Apex, and Apex Test Classes.

• Refactor outdated code and improve test coverage to enhance system reliability.

• Manage deployments using Salesforce DX and Git version control.

• Integrate external systems with Salesforce, troubleshooting and resolving any issues.

• Collaborate with the Data Warehouse team to handle large-scale data imports and exports.

• Ensure data integrity across platforms through monitoring and maintenance.

• Recommend and implement improvements to boost performance, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.

• Conduct code reviews to uphold best practices and ensure high-quality development.

• Mentor and support junior developers in their professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Salesforce APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX.

• Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for seamless integrations.

• Experience with open-source development, particularly in web applications.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools to support agile workflows.

• Proficient in JavaScript programming.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Hourly Rate - $90-$110

Location – 4 days on-site in New York (midtown Manhattan)
