Description

As a Senior Accountant at Clean Market, you will play a critical role in managing our financial processes and ensuring the integrity of our financial reports. Each day will involve working closely with the finance team to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing budgets, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making. Your contributions will help us achieve our mission of promoting wellness through transparent and effective financial practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in healthcare/wellness, hospitality, or at a startup.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility in your work.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment.

• Experience in the wellness or healthcare industries.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
