Description

As a Security Officer at Marksman Security, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at designated locations. Your key responsibilities will include patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, and responding to incidents effectively. A typical day involves observing and reporting any irregular activities, assisting clients and visitors, and ensuring that all security protocols are followed. Your vigilance and attention to detail will be essential in providing a safe environment for everyone.

Requirements

• Valid Florida D & G Security Licenses
• A minimum of 2 years of armed security experience
• Must provide your own firearm, duty belt, and Level 3 holster
• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in operating basic computer systems
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Able to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, crouching, and stair climbing for extended periods

Nice to Have

• Experience in corrections, law enforcement, military, or prior security leadership roles
• Excellent people skills and attention to detail
