**Skills Required**
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong email communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week

**Operational Responsibilities**
- Night Shift Position (2:30 PM – 11:30 PM)
- Provide various administrative services as needed
- Manage and reduce injury incidents and non-compliance with company protocols
- Ensure incident reports are completed accurately and promptly
- Assist in tracking and reporting all injuries and submitted claims
- Monitor Modified Duty Employees, including appointments, depositions, and medical status changes
- Assist with safety and other audits/inspections as necessary
- Support Human Resources with position dissemination and orientation training
- Work with managers, supervisors, and employees to ensure protocols are enforced
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, annual, and refresher trainings
- Complete monthly internal inspections and track corrective actions
- Ensure employees follow all worksite safety, hygiene protocols, and compliance standards
- Supervise and delegate safety team responsibilities when the Safety Supervisor/Director is not onsite (trainings, schedules, orientations, WC appointments, follow-up, etc.)
- Monitor and interact with third-party security companies as needed
