We're excited to announce the opening of our new store at The Fashion Mall at Keystone! We're seeking hardworking, personable, and goal-oriented Sales Associates to join our team. Each store offers a unique experience where a clean, high-energy, and fun environment is our top priority.

Responsibilities

“Our goal is to make people’s day better, sell clothes, and have FUN!”

• Greet our guests with a smile and a warm welcome.
• Engage with customers to understand their lifestyle and provide personalized recommendations.
• Maintain stock on the sales floor as needed.
• Keep the store clean and merchandise organized to meet The Normal Brand standards.
• Foster respectful communication within the team and with customers.
• Promote a safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Requirements

• Eagerness to learn and solve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, goal-oriented, and a team player.

• Ownership of inventory integrity and store management.

• Event planning and promotion experience.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability for 15-20 hours per week, with increased hours during peak seasons.

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Experience in the fashion/apparel industry.
• A passion for creating a positive experience for customers.
• Proficiency with Shopify and Shopify POS systems.
• Strong sense of integrity and self-awareness.
