Position Overview 

We are looking for an Experienced Residential Service Plumber who enjoys working directly with homeowners and takes pride in honest, professional work. You will handle residential repairs, installations, diagnostics, and maintenance while showing care, respect, and professionalism in every home you serve. 

This is a Monday through Friday schedule with no evenings and no on call duties, giving you real time back in your week. 

You will report to our Burlingame office each morning, head out to your service route, and return at the end of the day. 

Responsibilities 

• Diagnose residential plumbing problems with care and precision 

• Repair, replace and maintain residential plumbing systems 

• Clear clogs and maintain drainage systems 

• Install fixtures and complete system installations 

• Provide honest estimates and recommendations 

• Ensure all work meets codes and safety standards 

• Document work performed and keep clean records 

• Deliver respectful and thoughtful service to every customer 

Requirements

What You Bring 

• Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience 

• Valid driver license and ability to drive a company vehicle 

• Knowledge of plumbing codes 

• Plumbing certification or license preferred but not required 

• A professional attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers and their homes

• $45 to $65 per hour (depending on experience) plus overtime and incentive pay 

• Estimated $93,600 - $135,000 annually before bonuses
