Overview
Join Baths By Schnorr / Schnorr Plumbing and Heating, a trusted name in the Hudson Valley for over 25 years, as a Journeyman Plumber. In this role, you’ll handle plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance while collaborating with our remodeling team on high-quality bathroom and shower projects. This position offers steady full-time work, on-the-job training, and opportunities to showcase your craftsmanship in residential plumbing and remodeling.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential settings
- Collaborate with remodeling teams on bathroom and shower installations
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective, long-term solutions
- Ensure all work meets safety standards, building codes, and company quality expectations
- Communicate with homeowners to explain work performed and provide friendly, professional service
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure tools and materials are properly handled
- Participate in on-call weekend rotations as needed
Requirements
- Valid Journeyman Plumbing License
- Must live within close proximity to Wappingers Falls, NY
- Availability for on-call weekends
- Valid and clean driver’s license
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
- Bi-lingual communication skills (Spanish/English preferred)
- Experience in bathroom remodeling
- Access to personal hand tools (power tools provided)
