### Job Description We are a leading staffing company seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to take on a leadership role within greenhouse cultivation. This opportunity involves overseeing plant cultivation operations in two greenhouse environments, ensuring optimal growth conditions and team coordination. The ideal candidate will be passionate about horticulture, possess strong leadership skills, and be committed to maintaining high standards in cultivation practices. ### Requirements / Responsibilities - Lead and supervise cultivation teams across two greenhouse locations. - Manage daily operations to maintain healthy plant growth and maximize yield. - Implement and monitor cultivation protocols, including irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and environmental controls. - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a productive work environment. - Coordinate schedules and workflow to meet production targets. - Maintain accurate records of plant growth, treatments, and harvest data. - Troubleshoot cultivation issues and recommend improvements. - Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall greenhouse performance. ### Qualifications - Proven experience in greenhouse cultivation or a related agricultural field. - Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. - Strong knowledge of plant biology, cultivation techniques, and environmental controls. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team effectively. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Familiarity with compliance and safety regulations in a cultivation environment. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in horticulture or agriculture is a plus. ### Job Details / Duties - Oversee daily cultivation activities in Green House 5 and Green House 6. - Monitor plant health and environmental conditions, adjusting as necessary. - Schedule and direct team members’ tasks and work shifts. - Conduct routine inspections and maintain cleanliness and order in the greenhouse. - Document cultivation progress and prepare reports for management. - Address any issues related to pest management, nutrient deficiencies, or equipment. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. ### Benefits - Competitive compensation package. - Opportunities for overtime to increase earnings. - Supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and growth. - Access to training and development programs. - Health and wellness benefits available depending on placement. - Potential for career advancement within the company or client operations. ### Shifts - Monday through Friday, day shift. - Work hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. - Overtime opportunities offered as needed to support production goals.
