**Job Overview:** We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our cannabis cultivation team in a general labor capacity. This is a hands-on role that involves supporting various aspects of farm operations, including planting, harvesting, irrigation, trimming, and facility upkeep. The ideal candidate is adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist with planting, transplanting, and maintaining cannabis plants * Support daily farm operations including soil prep, weeding, watering, and pest control * Handle post-harvest duties such as bucking, drying, trimming, and waste disposal * Perform facility and equipment cleaning and upkeep * Follow all safety protocols and sanitation procedures * Communicate with supervisors when tasks are complete and assist with additional duties as needed **Requirements:** * Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly * Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions * Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Must be punctual, dependable, and able to follow verbal and written instructions * Flexible and willing to adapt to changing tasks or priorities day to day * Reliable transportation to and from the worksite * Must have a working cell phone for communication purposes **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous agricultural, landscaping, or farm work experience * Interest in the cannabis industry or cultivation process **_About Vangst:_** _Vangst is the cannabis industry’s hiring platform.
