In this role, you'll be wearing multiple hats and managing our in-house team. You'll need to be a great problem solver, knowledgeable about the industry, and flexible to working in a lot of different situations!

Requirements

5+ years of management experience in a residential painting, construction, or drywall field
- Including managing teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers
Comfortable working in a field-based position
Great tech savviness - you will be using multiple softwares on your phone simultaneously
Must live in the Chicago, IL area
Drive your own vehicle to get to project sites
