Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, including VAV systems, BAS, chillers, and boiler room equipment, split systems, and large building chiller/cooling tower loop water systems. Service and maintain equipment in specialized environments such as walk-in deep freezers, coolers, and laboratory spaces with specific condition requirements. Ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems by diagnosing and resolving issues quickly and effectively. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on complex systems, ensuring reliable operation. Maintain strong communication with customers, providing updates on service needs and recommendations. Complete service reports and ensure all job documentation is accurate and up to date. Maintain company vehicle and tools to ensure they are in working order. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards. Requirements Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair, including working with commercial HVAC systems like chillers, VAV systems, and BAS. Strong mechanical skills with experience in troubleshooting and repairing large-scale HVAC systems. Ability to work independently while managing time and tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. EPA certification required. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
