What are we looking for?
We are looking for a professional go-getter with strong communication skills who wants to gain experience as a Full-Time construction helper. Your role will be to assist project managers in various day to day task. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Install, maintain, and remove jobsite protection
- Jobsite cleanup during construction
- Rough framing
- Rough carpentry (removing and reinstalling base/crown molding)
- Installing bathroom accessories (towel bars, toilet paper holders, and grab bars)
- Loading and unloading of materials for projects with vendors or at job sites
- Moving appliances
- Small demolition
- Painting
- Minor drywall repair
- Plumbing (basic)
- Electrical (basic)
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Ability to safely use common power and hand tools
- Strong and professional communication skills
- Self-starter with good time management skills
- Clean driving record
- Clean criminal record
