About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Home Repair Specialist to join our growing team in Dallas. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, quality craftsmanship, and delivering dependable service. You’ll handle a wide range of home repair projects, ensuring client satisfaction while working independently and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality home repairs, ensuring work meets safety and building standards
- Use hand and power tools for a variety of projects (carpentry, basic plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Manage materials, tools, and work vehicle for efficient job completion
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients
- Complete projects on time while maintaining a clean and professional work environment
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- 8+ years of home repair experience
- Own standard hand and power tools
- Transportation/work vehicle
- Comfortable with pre-employment background check
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Truck or van for carrying materials
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Self-starter mindset
- Additional tools for specialty repairs
