Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a high level of satisfaction with every visit.

• Engage customers with open-ended questions to understand their needs.

• Maintain awareness of product launches and in-store promotions.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of retail or customer service experience.

• Confident, friendly, and comfortable engaging with customers.

• Motivated by achieving great results and working in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Strong initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.
