Deliver outstanding customer service using the Crocs C.H.A.R.M. service model
Support a fun, inclusive team environment and uphold Crocs values
Assist across multiple store functions: product placement, visual presentation, stock management, and customer support
Operate POS systems, manage transactions, promote loyalty programs, and help with seasonal pricing/markdowns
Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards
Work with store leadership to improve sales performance and personal KPIs
Follow all Asset Protection and inventory control procedures
Move, stock, and arrange merchandise across the sales floor and stockroom
Climb ladders, lift/move up to 30 lbs with assistance, and remain on your feet for up to 8 hours
Must be 16+ years old
Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays, long shifts)
Able to stand, walk, kneel, balance, lift 30+ lbs, and perform physical store tasks daily
Comfortable climbing ladders and moving merchandise
Ability to read and input information using computer/POS systems
Desire to grow and succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
