About the Job:

We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable Sales Associates to join our team at Guaranteed Dispensary. Sales Associates play a critical role in creating a welcoming, educational, and engaging customer experience. They assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products, ensuring they are well-informed and satisfied with their purchases. Our Sales Associates serve as ambassadors of the brand, providing expert knowledge and superior customer service while maintaining compliance with state and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, and budget.

• Educate customers on cannabis strains, product benefits, consumption methods, and safe usage practices.

• Stay up to date on new cannabis products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

• Process transactions accurately using the dispensary’s Point of Sale (POS) system.

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards.

• Weigh, package, and label cannabis products in compliance with state regulations.

• Verify customers' identification to ensure they meet legal purchasing age requirements.

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and restocking products as needed.

• Promote in-store deals, brand initiatives, and product promotions to enhance sales.

• Capture and report in-store merchandising, branding, and customer insights.

• Represent the Guaranteed Dispensary brand professionally and effectively communicate product differentiators.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be 21 years or older (per state regulations).

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred; experience in cannabis retail is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and medicinal benefits.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Spanish Bilingual (preferred not required)

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must be able to stand, sit, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift for extended periods.

Hours & Compensation:

• $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (plus tips)
