**Our Client:**
Our client is a premium cannabis vape brand built on quality, innovation, and bold identity. As they expand across New York State, they are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to grow their retail footprint in licensed dispensaries. The ideal candidate is passionate about cannabis, self-motivated, and excels at building strong B2B relationships.
**Primary Responsibilities**
* Identify, pursue, and close new dispensary accounts across NY State.
* Build strong relationships with buyers, managers, and budtenders.
* Present and sell Honey King products with a focus on education and brand representation.
* Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocks, and ensure premium shelf placement.
* Provide ongoing support, menu updates, and promotional scheduling.
* Maintain detailed CRM records, submit weekly reports, and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
* Travel throughout New York State to visit dispensary partners (vehicle and expenses covered or reimbursed).
* Coordinate appointments, drop samples, and conduct on-site product training.
* Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets and growth KPIs.
* Collaborate with the sales team to optimize route planning, leverage promotional opportunities, and drive upsells.
**Qualifications**
* Must be 21+ with valid state-issued ID.
* 1+ year experience in B2B cannabis sales or related field.
* Knowledge of NY OCM adult-use cannabis regulations preferred.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
* Strong organizational habits and time management.
* Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel across NY State.
* Experience using CRM, POS tools, or Google Workspace is a plus.
**Compensation**
• Hourly Rate: $21.00 – $28.00 (DOE)
• Incentives: Monthly bonuses based on closed sales and KPI performance
**Schedule**
• Full-time: 40 hours/week minimum
• Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional evening/weekend pop-ups
• Travel across NY State (25–40%)
**Additional Information**
• Work Location: Field-based – travel throughout New York, based near NYC metro preferred.
• Language: English required. Spanish or other language fluency is a plus.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
