Sales Coordinator Role:

  • Manage processes, coordinate leads, and support customer needs to drive sales success
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales activities, manage schedules for efficient workflows
  • Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and facilitate interdepartmental communication
  • Follow up on leads, conduct outbound calls and emails to identify new opportunities
  • Handle website-generated service requests, create proposals for prospects
  • Record sales activities in Salesforce CRM, route opportunities to designated team members
  • Assist in closing orders, meeting quarterly sales quotas, and building strong customer relationships

Sales Coordinator Background Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with Salesforce
  • Previous B2B customer support experience, knowledge of sales techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to handle high call and email volumes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and bilingual skills are a plus
