Sales Administration Associate Analyst

Duties:
Role Summary
Sales Administrative associate contributes to projects and processes that improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness for sales renewals. Audits inquiries and conducts research to provide detailed service information on client renewal request to share with the sales associates. Helps with workflow process document preparation, prioritize work queue, workflow and case assignment based on data received.
Sales Operations Associate Analyst serves as a liaison between the Client Management team and Sales Operation auditing accurate client renewal materials received in our workflow system. Provides administrative support, with many duties being high level administrative tasks for customer delivery.
Role Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
Administrative support of high-volume triage renewal updates from Sales in Outlook
Assists with team on projects within a high-volume workflow with fast paced delivery.
Analyze scrubbing inventory, case assignments for duplicates.
Auditing Sales Operations emails from the inbox and triaging information
Scrub all data received – alert assignment.
SFDC audits/updates and status reporting of In Good Order for managers
Participate in self and peer review to identify and correct items prior to assignment to analyst.
Communication Skills
Alerting Sales Operations Analyst/Leadership of market NIGOs – Blue Print Management system
Providing Reporting Volume for Sales Operations IGO s in Blue Print Management system
Pull the Leadership SFDC Dashboard reports.
Flexibility to learn quickly new systems and process.
Maintenance Mailboxes/Share drives/Client Files
Individual Contribution
Communicates professionally and collaborates with internal matrix partners, team, and clients.
Customer facing marketing material support execution for Client Service organization.
Salesforce Savvy upload/download of documents (Virtual Benefit Education loads, Pre enrollment line requests, Zip files of marketing Materials)
Administrative for open enrollment kits/zip files based on products sold.

Education:
Position Requirements
Bachelor/associate s degree or at least one year of related experience
Knowledge of systems such as Salesforce, Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF
Strong attention to detail; works independently; Quality Assurance experience.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
