Description

As a Roofing Service Technician at Advanced Roofing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch roof installation, repairs, and maintenance services. Your day will involve working on various roofing projects, utilizing your skills with hand and power tools, and collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines. Whether you're on the roof handling materials or troubleshooting issues, you'll be an essential part of keeping our customers satisfied and their roofs in perfect condition.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in commercial roofing.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Knowledgeable about roofing materials and installation techniques.
• OSHA Certification, or a willingness to obtain it.
• Physically able to climb ladders up to 60 feet, kneel, and lift over 50 lbs.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment drug, agility, and background screenings.
• Ability to work in challenging weather conditions.

Nice to Have

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Demonstrated leadership potential for long-term career growth.
