Description

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Comcast, you'll be the friendly face behind our exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include helping customers find the right products and services to meet their needs, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a tidy store environment. A typical day will involve engaging with customers, offering guidance on our latest technologies, and collaborating with your team to achieve sales goals. You'll also have the opportunity to learn about exciting new products and services that are making waves in the industry.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Generally, 2-5 years of related experience; preference for experience in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Willingness to work in alternate stores outside of your home base store.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is essential.
• Ability to carry and/or lift boxes up to 25 pounds.
• Capability to stand and move around the store constantly.
