Description

As a Retail Sales Associate at Saatva, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and informative shopping experience for our customers. Your day will involve engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the perfect products for their homes. You will showcase Saatva's luxurious range of mattresses and bedding, while also ensuring the store is organized and inviting. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and support Saatva’s mission of making luxury sleep accessible to everyone.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in telecommunications or working in a call center environment is a bonus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Comfortable using computers and navigating between different platforms.
• Enthusiastic and professional demeanor, always ready to assist customers.
• Must be able to relocate to or commute to Tampa, FL 33602.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with luxury retail or home goods sales.
• Experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Knowledge of sleep products and mattress features.
