Retail Sales Support

Summary
As a Retail Sales Support team member, you help create a welcoming customer experience by guiding customers, supporting sales staff, and maintaining store standards. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, accurate inventory, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, directing them to sales consultants as needed.
  • Provide basic product demonstrations and post-sales support, including mobile setup, data transfers, and account assistance.
  • Handle non-sales transactions such as equipment returns, swaps, and online order pickups.
  • Maintain store appearance by ensuring counters, devices, and displays are clean and functional.
  • Assist with inventory management, stocking, and weekly cycle counts.
  • Adapt to store priorities while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of work experience.
  • Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays).
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel to nearby store locations if needed.
