In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and maintaining the organization of our retail space. You will collaborate with our team to ensure that our products are readily available for our customers while upholding our commitment to social justice and inclusivity. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment of products.
- Organize and maintain the retail space to create an inviting and accessible shopping experience for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to implement efficient inventory management practices and streamline operations.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Assist in training staff on inventory procedures and best practices to promote a knowledgeable and cohesive team.
Required skills: - Must be 21 years or older.
- Previous experience in inventory management or retail operations (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Desired skills: - Familiarity with cannabis products and industry regulations.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, providing exceptional service and support.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
