In this role, you will assist customers in navigating our premium dispensary offerings, educate them about our high-quality products, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. You will also play a key role in maintaining the store's organization and inventory, ensuring that our innovative approach to cannabis retail shines through in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations based on their needs.
- Educate customers about our product offerings, including strains, edibles, and accessories, while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and credit transactions securely.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products, promotions, and company policies.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that reflects Cannister's mission of compassionate care and community engagement.

Required skills: - Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A genuine passion for cannabis and a commitment to providing compassionate care to customers.

Desired skills: - Familiarity with cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of local and state regulations regarding cannabis sales and distribution.
