Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 – 3 years of recent experience as a Restaurant Manager in high-volume quick service restaurants OR 4+ years of relevant Military service
• Proven experience in recruiting, training, and motivating a food service team
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage others
• Positive track record of effectively controlling costs and maximizing profitability
• Current Sanitation and B.A.S.S.E.T. alcohol service training is a plus
