We're hiring a Lead Painter to support a wide variety of Residential Painting Projects!

Improovy provides a complete selection of house painting services. We offer customers everything they need in a painting contractor, including interior & exterior house painting, deck painting, fence painting, and porch painting.

In this role, you'll be wearing multiple hats and managing our in-house team. You'll need to be a great problem solver, knowledgeable about the industry, and flexible to working in a lot of different situations!

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience in a residential painting, construction, or drywall field

  • Including managing teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers

• Comfortable working in a field-based position

• Great tech savviness - you will be using multiple softwares on your phone simultaneously

• Must live in the Chicago, IL area

• Drive your own vehicle to get to project sites
