Description

As a Residential Installation & Service Technician at Comcast, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers enjoy seamless connectivity and top-notch service. Your day will involve installing and troubleshooting various telecommunications services, using a variety of tools and technology to meet customer needs. From climbing poles or roofs to working in confined spaces, you’ll tackle diverse challenges, ensuring that everything from internet connections to cable installations is handled with expertise. Your work will help keep our customers connected and satisfied!

Requirements

• Familiarity with National Electric Safety Code (NESC) requirements and local ordinances.
• At least 2 years of experience in a role that involves the use of installation hand tools, light power tools, meters, or ladders.
• Comfortable working at heights, including climbing poles and roofs, using proper safety equipment such as belts and straps.
• Ability to lift and carry loads of 70 lbs or more and work in confined spaces (crawl spaces or attics).
• Willingness to work while standing for 50-70% of your time and be near power lines and electricity, with moderate noise exposure.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely drive a company vehicle during scheduled workdays.

Nice to Have
