Overview

This role is fully remote and ideal for clinicians seeking flexibility, independence, and the ability to focus entirely on patient care without administrative burdens. Grow Therapy handles credentialing, billing, insurance claims, marketing, and scheduling so providers can practice efficiently and sustainably.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to clients via telehealth, in-person (optional), or hybrid.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Grow Therapy’s integrated EHR system.

• Manage your own caseload, scheduling, and treatment plans within your desired practice structure.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions according to state licensure standards.

• Participate in clinical consultation groups, continuing education, and Grow’s provider community as desired.

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical codes, and state practice regulations.

• Set your own private-pay rates and determine the types of clients you accept.

• Communicate and collaborate with Grow’s support team as needed regarding billing, credentialing, or operational matters.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California

• Independent clinical licensure held for at least 1 year

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience

• Ability to provide therapy through telehealth

• Must reside and be licensed in a Grow Therapy operational state

Nice to Have

• Experience operating a private practice

• Previous telehealth experience

• Familiarity with insurance billing or credentialing processes

• Strong clinical niche or specialty (e.g., trauma, couples, adolescents)
