Overview

VIVO HealthStaff is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurse to join our center-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, provides high-quality care, and values collaboration with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan appropriate nursing care.

• Implement, direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing care.

• Serve as a resource and liaison for patients, family members, and other care team members.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinicians to ensure continuity and quality of care.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).

• Uphold regulatory, clinical, and organizational standards of practice.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in California.

• ADN or BSN in Nursing (BSN preferred).

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Dedication to patient-centred care and adherence to clinical protocols.
