Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program

• Current, valid nursing license in the state of California

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Basic life support (BLS) certification

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting

• Completed National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX)

• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems

• Specialized certification in a relevant area (e.g., critical care, pediatrics)
