Description

As a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit at NCH Healthcare System, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to critically ill patients. Your day will be dynamic and rewarding, involving close monitoring of patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team. You will ensure that patients and their families receive the support and information they need during challenging times, while also adhering to safety and best care practices.

Requirements

• Valid RN license in the State of Florida (required)
• BLS Certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross (required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Open to new graduate RNs and experienced acute care nurses without prior ICU experience
• Ability to sign a 2-year ICU commitment agreement upon completion of fellowship

• Previous experience in acute care settings
