Description

As a Registered Nurse at AdeptID, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic clinical environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing patient health needs, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare teams, and educating patients and their families about treatments and wellness. You'll be at the forefront of patient advocacy, ensuring safety and comfort while adapting to the fast-paced nature of a hospital. Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts RN license (active and unrestricted)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• At least 1 year of bedside nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient education skills
• Willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced certifications in specialty areas (e.g., Critical Care, Emergency Nursing)
