Location: Dallas / Fort Worth Region

building? Join our team as a Turf Products Category Sales Manager and help clients

achieve vibrant, healthy landscapes through science-backed solutions and exceptional

service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for turf and ornamental clients, including golf
  • courses, sports fields, municipalities, and commercial properties.
  • Provide expert guidance on product selection, application timing, and integrated
  • pest management strategies.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet revenue goals.
  • Conduct site visits, diagnose plant health issues, and recommend tailored
  • solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through trust, responsiveness, and
  • results.
  • Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in turfgrass management, horticulture, agronomy, or a related

field.

Requirements

  • Senior Level - 5 Years or More Turf and Ornamental Agronomics Category Experience.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage an assigned market.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the market.
  • Bonus: Certified Crop Advisor (CCA), pesticide applicator license, or similar credentials.
