Work from anywhere in the U.S.
Part-time, up to 30 hours per week (hours may vary week to week)
Pay: $18 per hour
We’re looking for a motivated Part-Time Recruiting Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll connect with candidates over the phone, qualify their fit for open roles, and guide them through the next steps of the hiring process. You’ll play an important role in creating a smooth, professional candidate experience while supporting our clients’ recruiting needs.

What You’ll Do
Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Track activity and progress in our applicant tracking system (Gr8 People)
Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
Confirm interview logistics (time zones, platforms, candidate prep)
Handle rescheduling needs quickly and professionally
Serve as the candidate’s main point of contact during the interview process
Provide timely updates, reminders, and instructions to ensure a positive experience
Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents when requested
Assist with background checks and compliance requirements
Support special recruiting projects or events as needed
Protect sensitive candidate information with confidentiality and professionalism
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A confident phone presence and ability to lead conversations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Flexibility to adjust to changing client needs
Comfort working in a results-driven environment with accountability for goals
