• Office closure on Fridays during the off-season (resumes operating 5 days a week during tax season)

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Provide essential day-to-day administrative support as the initial point of contact for the office
• Warmly greet clients and visitors and handle incoming calls in a professional manner
• Execute general administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and mail management
• Ensure accurate entry of W-2 and other payroll data into internal systems
• Maintain a neat and organized front office area
• Assist accountants and staff with light clerical tasks as required
• Support in document preparation and organizing client records

Receptionist Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of previous office or front-desk experience
• Demonstrated attention to detail and precision in data entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Professional and approachable demeanor with outstanding communication skills
• Ability to work full-time on-site and adapt to changing seasonal schedules
