As a Quality Technician I, you will conduct inspections and ensure parts and processes meet quality standards to support customer satisfaction.

Shift Information:
- First Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM; Friday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Shift Differential: 10% premium + paid lunches for second shift
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 3–5 years of quality inspection experience with machined parts (turning, milling, drilling)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communicator with professional writing and speaking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Familiar with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, borescopes)
- Comfortable reading blueprints and technical specifications
- ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow written/oral instructions
- Strong documentation and data entry skills
What You’ll Do as a Quality Technician I:
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections
- Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) as needed
- Use precision tools to inspect parts visually and dimensionally
- Review test results and issue Nonconformance Reports (NCRs)
- Input inspection data into the manufacturing software system
- Issue calibration stickers and maintain calibration database
- Authenticate inspections with proper documentation and sign-offs
- Review job routers and issue certificates of conformance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members and management on quality concerns
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of quality operations
