As a Quality Control Technician, you will inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate degree - preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Prior quality control or plastics/colorant experience - preferred
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
What You’ll Do as a Quality Control Technician:
  • Inspect raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products for defects or inconsistencies
  • Perform basic product testing using calibrated tools and testing equipment
  • Record and document quality findings in reports and databases
  • Conduct incoming inspections and assist in corrective/preventive actions
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
  • Train plant staff on quality procedures and work instructions
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area
  • Assist in gathering trial data and ensuring testing devices remain calibrated
  • Participate in regular quality walkthroughs and improvement initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned
