As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a key role in maintaining quality standards by inspecting components and products, analyzing data, and collaborating with production teams to ensure consistent manufacturing excellence. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in quality inspection
  • College diploma or equivalent - preferred
  • Technical training in quality control - preferred
  • Proficiency with inspection tools: calipers, micrometers, gauges
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Familiarity with SPC and root cause analysis
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing setting
What You’ll Do as a Quality Control Inspector:
  • Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and final products for defects and specification compliance
  • Use calipers, gauges, micrometers, and other precision instruments for measurements
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Assist in other departments as needed
  • Record inspection data: dimensions, tolerances, material grades, and results
  • Create inspection reports, document findings, and recommend corrective actions
  • Analyze data to identify trends and quality issues
  • Monitor production processes for quality compliance
  • Work with engineering and production to resolve issues and implement corrective actions
  • Support continuous improvement efforts
  • Assist with training on quality procedures
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and deviations
  • Ensure documentation meets company and industry standards
