As a QA Technician at Woodward, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes. Your day will involve performing inspections, analyzing data, and documenting findings to guarantee that we meet high standards of quality. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to 2 years of related QA or inspection experience.
• Knowledge of how quality impacts cost, customer satisfaction, and company reputation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including charts and data tracking.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations.

• Experience with quality assurance tools and methodologies.
