Provider Relations Associate Analyst
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Location: 100% remote (high speed internet required, equipment provided)
Schedule: Training Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm CST
Target Start Date: January, pending to onboarding completion

Training Overview:
Contractors will initially be trained to work onboarding requests from providers looking to join the our client's Behavioral Network. After a few months in the role, staff will move into a customer service call team and additional training will be provided.

Job Overview:
Drive the growth and integrity of the business by recruiting and onboarding providers, ensuring accurate data management across systems, and executing provider contracts. This role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and onboard behavioral health providers
  • Build and maintain provider relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and explain plan policies
  • Ensure accuracy of provider data and contract updates
  • Respond to inquiries regarding contracting and data
Skills:
  • Customer service experience
  • Able to excel and/or prior successful experience in a virtual team environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective listening and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Intuitive technical capabilities; able to quickly understand and apply working knowledge on several systems
  • Independent problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to type effectively and have strong PC skills
Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience in healthcare or insurance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems
  • Ability to shift between tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with provider relations and contract management
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success
Education
  • A bachelor's degree is required
  • No certifications or licenses required
Attendance Policy
  • Maintaining good attendance is important for all contractors and is particularly important for those newly hired to the assignment.
  • The Corrective Action process for a contractor who incurs an unscheduled or unapproved absence or event in his/her first 90 days of assignment is outlined below.
    1. 1st unapproved absence or event will result in a Verbal Counseling.
    2. 2nd unapproved absence or event will result in a First Notice.
    3. 3rd unapproved absence or event will result in a Final Notice.
    4. 4th unapproved absence or event will result in TERMINATION.
  • Late Arrivals/Early Departures
    Late arrivals and early departures without the appropriate notifications count towards an unscheduled, unapproved absence. Based on business need, a manager may allow a contractor to make up the time during that business day. However, this does not excuse the behavior.
