Role: Provider Contracting Representative
Location: We are looking for an individual in the DC Area and an individual in the Philadelphia area that have transportation available.
Contract Duration: 3 Months (Potential for extension/conversion pending attendance, performance and business need)
Pay Rate: $22/hour, paid weekly
Schedule: MUST be available/focused consistently during working hours 8:00am – 6pm, 8am - 4:30 CST for Training (3 weeks).
Beyond training, candidates must be available during normal office hours for their time zone. Computer knowledge should include being able to set up equipment and troubleshoot with IT regarding any issues as they will be responsible for the set up.
Tentative Start Date: 04/23/2025
This is a Field Recruitment position; candidates will visit dental offices in person. The position includes working at home when not in the field. Team members will be reimbursed for mileage.

Candidates must have a hard-wired internet connection to plug into the equipment - Wi-Fi will not suffice.
Satellite internet is not compatible with the equipment and internet speeds must be at least 10Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload.

Upon acceptance of the offer, candidates will be required to submit to a background check including employment and education verifications and a urinalysis drug screening. Responsibilities:
- Recruiting providers to join Client dental network:
- Field Recruitment: Candidates will visit offices in person
- Outbound Calling: Candidates will follow up with visited offices via phone at home
- Visit Prep: Candidates will work from a list of providers in a given area to create a visit plan and prepare materials to distribute to offices
- Build relationships, share network options and perks of joining to gain interest
- Negotiate discounts with dental providers for dental services
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Process contracts and track contacts within computer systems
- Process required paperwork for providers to join the network
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to switch projects based on business needs
Skills
