Classet is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee various client projects and internal initiatives. This role will be pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while upholding Classet’s high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success and foster effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, initiate, and manage projects to ensure timely completion and achievement of project objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential risks or issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards and Classet's operational guidelines.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a technology or staffing-related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey project goals and requirements to all stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project) and tools for documentation and reporting.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changes and find innovative solutions.

Nice-To Haves:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in workforce management or staffing industries.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
