About the Role

We’re seeking a Production Associate (Warehousing) to join our team in Pine Grove, PA. This role will be primarily assigned to the Component Warehouse (small parts) but will also be cross-trained to support other entry-level manufacturing functions as needed.

What You’ll Do

You’ll perform support functions across warehousing and production, including:

• 📦 Assist team members with moving/carrying materials

• 🚜 Operate mobile equipment to transport materials

• 🔧 Assemble small component made-to-stock parts (e.g., hinges) using hand tools

• 🪛 Prep rails with gaskets, hardware, and setting blocks for assembly

• 🗂 Pull and organize materials for manufacturing while maintaining inventory accuracy

• 📑 Support warehousing with inventory pulls and physical counts

• 🎨 Prep parts for finishing and move extrusions in/out of ovens

• 🔍 Inspect materials for quality (scratches, dents, damage)

• 🏭 Assemble fenestration products per production schedules

• 🧹 Maintain housekeeping, safety, and organization in the work area

• ➕ Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs frequently

• Previous experience with hand tools

• Ability to complete basic math calculations & read a tape measure

Preferred Skills:

• 1–2 years in warehousing, carpentry, construction, or manufacturing

• Forklift/industrial truck certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Overhead crane operation experience

• Ability to read shop drawings

• General computer skills
