Start your new career as a Production Associate with our client in Peachtree City, GA. As a Production Associate you will operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensure product quality, follow safety and production standards, and support team efforts to meet operational goals.

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions with precision
- Strong commitment to safety, adhering to established safety practices, policies, and procedures in all aspects of the work environment
- Willingness and ability to work overtime, including short-notice requests, as needed
- Capability to obtain a Forklift Operator's license
- Physical ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Set up and adjust machines to meet operational requirements and ensure smooth process changes
- Operate production processes based on product specifications and standard practices, including sorting, labeling, and packaging to meet quality and customer requirements
- Perform routine product testing and inspections using standard measuring tools (e.g., tape measures) to ensure compliance with specifications
- Implement and adhere to quality standards, procedures, and best practices
- Plan and follow production schedules and sequences to achieve optimal productivity
- Monitor equipment and production processes, including meters, gauges, valves, temperatures, pressures, and flow ratios, ensuring adherence to operational guidelines and specifications
- Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports for equipment and product performance
- Keep work areas organized and stocked with necessary supplies to support seamless operations
- Operate heavy equipment to move, load, and ship materials or finished goods within the manufacturing environment
- Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy and alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and organizational objectives, participating in all tasks required to maintain facility operations
- Contribute to decision-making processes by engaging in problem-solving and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with special projects as needed
- Work in a constant state of alertness while adhering to all safety protocols and promoting a safe work environment
